Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using any MyRestoLife service — including MyRestoGarage, MyRestoEvent, and MyRestoClub — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. What MyRestoLife Is

MyRestoLife is a platform for the collector car and truck community. It's a place to document your builds, discover events, and connect with clubs. We are not a marketplace, dealer, or event organizer. We don't facilitate transactions or take responsibility for the accuracy of user-submitted listings.

3. User Accounts

An account is required to post content on any MyRestoLife service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Don't share your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Ownership

You own the content you submit — your photos, journal entries, vehicle data, event listings, organizer profiles, and anything else you post. We don't claim ownership.

By submitting content, you grant MyRestoLife a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. This just means we can show it to other users and use it in things like social previews. Don't submit content you don't have the rights to.

5. Acceptable Use

This is a community for car people. Keep it that way. The following are not allowed:

• Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Impersonating another person or organization
• Posting illegal content of any kind
• Automated scraping or bulk data collection without permission

Short version: be a decent human.

6. Event Submissions & Organizer Listings

MyRestoEvent allows anyone to submit car shows, meetups, swap meets, and similar events:

• Submissions are reviewed before going live.
• You must have the right to list the event — don't submit events you're not associated with or that haven't been publicly announced.
• Event details must be accurate. Misleading listings will be removed.
• Organizer listings are public and should contain accurate contact information.
• We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.

7. Photos

By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them — either because you took them or because you have permission. Photos are resized and stored on our servers. We don't claim ownership of your photos.

8. Paid Features

Core features are currently free. Some features may require payment in the future. We'll notify you clearly before any charges are introduced. We won't surprise you.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for cause, we'll let you know why when possible.

10. Disclaimer

The platform is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of any content. Event details are user-submitted and should be verified with the organizer before attending.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRestoLife is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform — including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
